Job Overview:
General Admin Executive is Responsible for assisting in building organizational capability and effectiveness through performing all people department activities and services including admin work and development, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee communications that enhances employee commitment and retention.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing payroll, KPIs, Incentive, preparation and payment. Provide finance Department with the required reports, in-charge of all request.
- Communications, and sequence of Mena file system. Delegating system training for all employees according to each and every specific JD.
- Manage engagement of employee relation across all company members.
- Responsible for any announcement regarding policy adjustment.
- Support all internal and external request through Odoo System as (Leaves, Loans, Overtime, indemnity and instalments, etc.).
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff, induction plan and initiating interviews for similar grade and below.
- Carrying out any tasks entrusted by the direct manager in a manner that does not conflict with the interests of the Company.
Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Experience: 2+ years of experience.
Skills:
- Understanding of Kuwait labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Knowledge of people department administration.
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Ability in time-management and task commitment.
- Good communication and presentational skills.
- Problem-handling.
Work Environment: 100% in the office.
